I can't believe that we're in the last week of term already - the time has flown past and the children have all worked really hard. This week we've been focusing on securing our 2,5 & 10 Times Tables in Numeracy and working with associated word problems. In Literacy, we're continuing to think about the structure of our sentence writing : identifying nouns and verbs and remembering all the necessary punctuation. In Art, our focus has been using line and shape and over the last few weeks, the children have had many great successes; producing works of art that they can be very proud of. Gym kits have been sent home this week for checking,washing etc... so please remember to send them back the first week of the new term. I wish you all a fantastic break and look forward to seeing the children back in class on Tuesday 22nd of October.
