On Monday afternoon we very much enjoyed showing our houses to five different classes and we got lots of positive feedback from everyone. What wonderful creations!
This week we have been enjoying the fairy tale story of Hansel and Gretel. The class have enjoyed sequencing the story and writing about their favourite parts of the story. Also we have continued our George's Marvellous Medicine story and the pupils listened very intently to what happened to Grandma when she took the medicine. Ask your child what happened!
We have been learning tennis skills this week. We all tried to hit the ball over the net to our partners.
What a wonderful time we had outside on Wednesday afternoon. We were building dens and exploring our school field, trying to identify the different trees from their leaves. We were doing tree rubbings and we even found a ladybug's home in a tree.
