We have worked on time this week by looking at o'clock and half past both analogue and digital. We will be completing durations next week. We have reinforced time during our IT session by using Topmarks, Snappy Maths and Maths Sheppard Games. These are all free sites if you would like to use at home.
Our science this week has been learning about plants and preparing investigations on what plants need to grow. We have taken the daffodils out of the 'darkness' and brought them to the 'light' to let them grow ready for the Inverflora competition. We are creating daffodils in our art which will go for display at the competition.
We have read and explored the second chapter of the Hodgeheg in our comprehension activities.
I have managed to put short video clips of the children hard at work on their fitness on to Seesaw which I hope will give a wee taster of what the children are doing this session. If you haven't signed up to Seesaw yet please do so.
I can't believe it will be the mid-term break next week already. Time seems to be flying by.
