Good Afternoon
In Literacy this week, we showed that we can use the sounds we have been taught to read and write words. Many of the children said they are busy making the words; at, an, as, ant, is, it, in, sat, pan, pat, tip, (and even pants!) at home with their sound cards from their homework bags. Well done!
In preparation for getting our reading books home, we have been meeting the main characters featured in our reading scheme and learning to read their names. 'Kipper' is a favourite at the moment!
