It was lovely to welcome everyone back on Monday and we have made a very productive start to our learning for this term.
The children are very proud of their progress in literacy. This week they learned the names of the letters a, t and n and the sounds they make in words. They are discriminating them from other letters and they can tell their positions in the alphabet . Most of the children are also reading and spelling the words; a, an and at.
Seesaw will continue to be the medium in which we share their learning and the homework tasks. It has been wonderful to see your childs homework on seesaw and the progress they are making.The children love looking at their homework uploads and sharing it with their peers back in class.
