Today our assembly was all about 'Being Active' following the 5 Ways to Wellbeing.  We looked at how to stay healthy and how important exercise and a healthy diet is to keep us fit and mentally well.
We saw examples of healthy food and exercise and looked at the '5210' plan.  5 pieces of fruit and veg at least every day, no more than 2 hours screen time, 1 hour of exercise at least and 0 sugary drinks.
We finished our assembly with a 5 minute workout with Joe Wicks to keep our bodies and minds healthy!
