Today our P1-3 Assembly had the theme of Safety. As part of our Wellbeing Indicators in Health (SHANARRI - ask your child!), we looked at how we could keep ourselves safe in various situations.
We looked at Personal Safety (strangers, safe places to play), Road Safety and Internet Safety as Tuesday 11th Feb was Safer Internet Day.
The children were asked lots of questions and saw some clips about how to keep themselves safe. P3 spoke about Internet Safety and gave advice of how best to be safe online.
Our Social target this week has been 'I can show thoughtfulness and consideration for others'. Well done to our achievers this week! Next week, our Social Target will be 'I can make good choices to keep me safe', following on from their assembly today.
Some children also shared their achievements from out of school too.
