Another busy week working on grid references and problem solving in Numeracy. In Writing and ICT, we have been researching information on tornadoes. We ended the week by making tornadoes in bottles which was very exciting for myself as well as for the children.
The children have made rain catchers and we were successful last Thursday in being able to measure 1cm of rain from overnight showers. We will carry on with our diaries in future weeks to see how much rainfall we can record.
