Today the theme of our Reconnector was 'If you can dream it, you can achieve it', tying in with International Womens Day on Monday 8th March.
We discussed inspirational women and some boys and girls from Primary 3 shared stories they had written about who they felt were inspirational to them.
We saw a story about Amelia Earhart and learned that she was the inspiration for the character, Ellie, in the Disney film 'Up!'.  She believed that if you wanted to achieve something, you had to work hard, not give up and keep trying.
Our Social Target this week has been 'I can be kind and get along with others'.  Well done to our achievers this week who were, Sophie Hendry, Ayla Simpson, Brax Murray, Grace Swords and Lexie Ross.  As always, however, we are impressed with everyone who has shown this in our school.
Next week our Social Target is 'I can be the best I can be', taking inspiration from this week's theme.
