We started off the week with a fantastic Judo taster session with Jordan the coach on Monday morning. The children had a great time. The class details are on Seesaw if any of your children are interested in having a free trial. In Numeracy, we have been continuing to look at Number Stories and making links with the different number operations. We had a go at word problems too which proved a little challenging but good fun. In Literacy, we learned about the origins of Pancake Day and arranged a sequencing recipe sheet. We are really enjoying our class novel, The Person Controller, and have completed a variety of follow on activities. We will be focussing on our handwriting for the next few weeks and are trying really hard to produce our best work. The Sharing the Learning Afternoon was a great success. Everyone 'safely escaped' the Egyptian tomb. Thank you to all who could manage along. Have a lovely weekend.
