Welcome to Primary 2

Good Afternoon Everyone,

 It was lovely to see all the children back at school meeting up with friends and classmates. I very much enjoyed meet all your children so smartly dressed in their uniforms.  Thank you for sending your children with their own pencil cases to use in class. The children have settled well into the school routines and have been coping well with the small changes put in place for their safety and well-being. The children have all shown an enthusiastic attitude to all activities.
 This week we looked at the story 'Have you filled a bucket today?' by Carol McCloud. We have been sharing ways we can be bucket fillers by showing kindness and helping others. I hope you all enjoyed seeing the bucket pictures brought home.
We also drew a self-portrait and creating sentences describing ourselves.

Please can you ensure that your child has an indoor and outdoor a P.E kit in school.Our gym days are Tuesday and Thursday. P.E will take place outside weather permitting, I will send home used P.E kits after each P.E session for washing,
