Rebecca, Rebecca and Jamie had the opportunity to represent the school at a 'Mini Wimbledon' tournament this past week. The pupils were an asset to the school and had an enjoyable time showcasing their skills.
This week in class, we have been learning all about teeth! We have loved looking at different animal teeth and discovering the role of different types of teeth!
We have also been thinking about a healthy diet and we have started planning our animation storyboard to promote healthy eating.
The class have also challenged themselves to find fractions of an amount in Numeracy. We are all gaining confidence in using the bar model strategy to support this and we are also getting quicker at recalling our 8 times tables.
Next week, we look forward to creating and filming our animations and also participating in sports day! It is important we keep up the hard work and motivation over the next 2 weeks as we draw near to the end of term!
