This week we have been busy bees in Primary 4/5!
Not only have we completed job applications, began a new topic of money in maths but we have aLso been creating lots of special surprises for you as we begin the countdown to Christmas!

On Wednesday we looked at what advent means and as a class we will be taking part in an online advent series looking at the real story of Christmas. We will also be looking at a BSL advent as we count down this festive season learning new signs linked to this time of year.

Our BSL skills have really been tested this week as we prepared a surprise video for you all ( which you will have to keep an eye out for! ) We have also been using our iPad time for more green screen work, focusing on our outdoor learning knowledge, BSL knowledge and digital literacy skills in creating a weather forecast. We hope to post some finished productions soon!

We have also started an enterprise company in Primary 4/5 as we want to promote Fairtrade to our school community. We have lots of ideas on how to advertise and persuade people in our school community to buy Fairtrade products. Keep your eyes and ears peeled on Seesaw for more information relating to this!

As you can tell with all the Christmas/advent/enterprise excitement we have been busy bees! On Tuesday we also had a tartan dress down day as we celebrated Saint Andrew's Day. Check out Seesaw for some more pictures and a green screen effort regarding this!

We can't wait to share all of the enterprise fun and learning very soon!
