It was lovely to see the children return to school on Monday looking so relaxed after their holiday. This week we have been starting to think about our last term in P5 and what we need to focus on to be ready for our move into the upper school after summer.
The children are very busy working on the final stages of their Wars of Independence animations. I have been very impressed with their focus and their team working skills during this. There has been lots of good discussions, problem solving skills and creativity in the classroom this week. We are also busy working on our orienteering skills as a team of 16 will be representing Canmore at an Orienteering Festival in the Glen next week.
Just to let you know that we have a small timetable change this term. Our PE days are now a Monday and a Wed, so children should come to school with indoor PE kit on these days.
