Good Afternoon,
It was lovely to meet with so many of you this week, be it virtual, and share your child's learning with you. I look forward to meeting with more of you next week.
This week we were very excited as another letter arrived from Katie Morag asking for our help. This week Katie Morag sent us the story ' Katie Morag and the dance class' and she asked us to help her learn some Celidh dancing moves. We enjoyed practising counting to the beat, tapping, skipping and side stepping.
This week we have been learning about Remembrance Day and the importance of the Poppy. We watched the Poppy Story and using the skill of tearing, we made our own poppy pictures.
In Numeracy, we have been continuing our learning on how to find a number on a hundred square. This week we have been working finding the number after or finding one more.
It was lovely to see the children in yellow for Children in Need, I hope they enjoy the day today.
