It has been a glorious sunny week and we have used the opportunity to complete all the outdoor learning activities for our John Muir award.
We are so lucky to have such a fantastic playing field that we can use for outdoor learning.

This week we created wonderful pictures and patterns using natural materials we collected.  Well done to everyone for your creative ideas. We also drew a flowerpot on a piece of cardboard and then went outide on a nature walk collecting interesting plants and flowers for our artworks. We poked some holes through the cardboard and inserted the leaves, grasses and flowers.  These look wonderful.

We are busy making videos of our Wallace and Bruce projects to share with our parents.  It has been a fantastic project with lots of effort put in by all the girls and boys. A huge amount of new learning has taken place during this project and it is something everyone should feel hugely proud of.

In Maths we are busy doing end of level assessments to consolidate some of the work we have done this year. Everyone is trying very hard with this.

Everyone was very excited to see the cup that Dunfermline Athletic Football Club won this season.  Many of the children enjoyed having their photo taken holding the cup.

Our Social Target winner of the week is Caleb. He has shown great enthusiasm for this project and has used a lot of creative ideas in his folder. Well done Caleb.

We wish everyone a fantastic, sunny weekend!
