Despite the unusual week and weather that we experienced over the last few days, primary 4/5 have had another jam packed few days of learning.

This week our digital literacy skills continued to grow as we recorded, edited and created QR codes for our book reviews. We look forward to seeing some of these displayed around our school library encouraging the wider school community to get stuck in a book.

In writing we have had a quick master class in creating scripts to get us ready for our Roman video: horrible histories style. All pupils did really well and we finally got to use lots of colons in our work (and brackets).

We have focused on mini topics this week in maths as we prepare for the primary 4 snsas next week. This has been lots of fun and we were also looking at the probability of snow in May .... little did we know that it wasn't very unlikely at all.

And to finish off the week we have enjoyed getting back outside to complete some more activities for the John Muir Challenge. We definitely recommend getting outside to support positive mental health at this time.

Have a great weekend
Miss Graham
