This week we received a letter from the Grinch asking the children to support him in his campaign to cancel Christmas. Using our persuasive writing techniques and opinion openers we were able to write letters back in disagreement explaining the magic of Christmas time.
In Numeracy, we have looked at two different strategies for subtraction and despite the tricky nature of the expanded subtraction method most pupils grew in confidence throughout the week.
We have also started to learn some line dances with Mrs Hay this week during Gym and enjoyed Ms Stewart looking at Fairtrade and shopping sustainably this Christmas.
We are also happy to receive our class ipad back and you will see that we have already started to share our learning again with you all.
