Now that Seesaw is up and fully running again, it has been lovely to share the children's work and achievements at home this week. Please do get in touch if you are struggling to re-connect.
The timestable practise is proving popular and is really helping to support our work in school. New reading books have been issued to the children but sadly, must remain in school for the time being. Do ask your child to share their reading experiences at home.
This week we have been finding out about Andrew Carnegie and some of the amazing things he achieved in his life to help others and how he continues to help others to this day. The children are really enjoying music with Mrs Baxter this term. They are getting the opportunity to listen to a wide range of styles and are developing their awareness of how music can effect emotions.
We're into September now and the weather is being predictably unpredictable! Please could you ensure that your child has a waterproof jacket with them in school each day, as they will be going out at breaks unless the rain is too heavy or the wind is too strong.
Wishing you all an enjoyable weekend.
