This week in Writing we focused on producing a detailed opener for our imaginative story. We used the
ipads to consolidate our spelling list words and continued to practise our handwriting and presentation skills.
We're still enjoying our weekly Practical Maths problem solving and love using the various known strategies to help us. For our topic, 'Things That Move', we made a climbing man using paper, string and straws and have brought them home for you to see.
We had great fun at the Handball Taster Session on Thursday and the children have brought home a letter with information about classes at Dunfermline High School.
Don't forget the P7s are still selling poppies for Remembrance Sunday and that next Thursday is our Children in Need day at school (the theme is Spots and Sparkle).
