Good afternoon,

Another busy week in Primary 3.

A big focus for this week has been getting ready for the Creative Dance Festival on Monday. The dance is looking fantastic and we are loving our song. We had a dress rehearsal on Friday and absolutely nailed it!

In Literacy, we have been looking at the comprehension skill of identifying whether a statement is true or false. We read the story 'The Day the Crayons Quit '. Not only did we have to say if a statement was true or false but had to use bits of the story to show why.

We have been looking at Information Handling in Maths. We have been making pictograms to display data and then looking at interpreting what the graph is telling us.

In Outdoor Learning, we reviewed our learning so far. We have been busy! We then talked about all the things that we would like to do next term. Exploring local woods was a popular suggestion so we may be asking for helpers next term. After, we had a huge game of Hide and Seek in the field. We even had a game of hunt the teachers, they weren't very good at hiding!

Hope you have a lovely weekend and look forward to seeing everyone on Monday.
