This week we have been learning about money, we have been identifying coins and deciding which coins we need to buy an item. We very much enjoyed sharing our money activities with you on Tuesday afternoon.
We had another exciting letter from Katie Morag with the story Katie Morag And The Tiresome Ted. We have been learning about traditional games and toys. We have been sequencing the parts of the story and sharing our favourite part.
We were very worried this week when Tinsel the Elf didn't turn up. We wrote very persuasive letters to Santa asking about Tinsel and if we could have a Elf on the shelf for our classroom. We promised to look after the elf and show him our good behaviour and hard work. Tinsel has had a bad cold after being lost over Iceland and had to stay in bed for three days. However we were all very excited by his arrival today.
Primary Two have been very busy this week preparing all the wonderful items for the Christmas Fayre. We have been busy making posters and we even managed to make posters on the computer using Publisher.
A letter was sent out on Wednesday about our trip to St Leonards Church on Wednesday 11th December to make Christingles. We will be leaving at 9am and will return for our christmas lunch at 12.50pm. Please let me know if you are able to help.
