This week we have been working on our Social target of 'I can think of others' and we were delighted to have a visit from Mrs Elvin on Thursday morning.  We were very quiet when Mrs Elvin was talking to help her with her sore throat.
In Literacy, we have been 'upskilling' our writing and thinking of how we can make this more interesting, checking against our Success Criteria.  We were looking at magic 'e' with o in our Phonics work and created our own words with this letter pattern.
In Numeracy, we finished our work with 3D shape and a hunt around the school for these - we were really surprised how many we found!  We are now looking at Time and understanding o'clock and half past the hour; using analogue and digital clocks.
Our drawbridges for our castles are very impressive and we really enjoyed making these this week.  We will now look at creating the fronts of our castles and personalising these with battlements and windows.
In Outdoor Learning, we went on a hunt to find materials to help create our own hedgehogs, see our Seesaw page to see how you can make one of your own at home!
