What an exciting week in P2!

On Monday, we visited our P3 area. It is fantastic! We discussed all the things that we would like for next year in Discovery Learning and all the things we find helpful for our learning. We even got to see where we line up and the cloakrooms.

We had our end of year treat today. We all had fun on the bouncy castles (as you will see from our Seesaw pictures). We definitely needed the ice lollies to cool us all down!

On Tuesday, we had the opportunity to watch the dress rehearsal of the P7 show – Rock Bottom. It was brilliant and very funny! We were a fantastic audience.

In Numeracy, we have been revising addition and subtraction. We have been doing activities with summer themes. We really enjoyed cracking the codes to find the answers for the beach themed jokes.

Another popular lesson has been what babies need. We read about Topsy and Tim meeting a new baby. We then had a think about all the things babies need or don’t. We decided that they didn’t need chocolate or mobile phones!

As it coming to the end of the year, please can you have a look at home for any reading books and pop them into school.

Hope you have a relaxing weekend and look forward to seeing everyone on Monday.
