P2 were very excited to have another letter from Flat Stanley and a story about his adventures in Japan. We have been trying origami and made paper airplanes. In Mathematics, we used our paper airplanes to measure the distance they travel using metre sticks, measuring tape or a trundle wheel.
We also had a letter from Stanley's brother Arthur, who was very worried as he had lost Stanley. He was practising his origami and made Stanley into an airplane. He accidently threw him out of the window!  We have written very good stories about Stanley's adventures and how he returned home.

Please can I remind you to send in reading books and homework on Monday.
I look forward to seeing you on Monday at 2.15pm for our Sharing the Learning session.

Kind regards,

Natalie Elvin
