Highlights this week included a trip to Dunfermline High School for a quick tour and to meet some of the teachers from the Drama, Art and English Departments. Our pupils looked incredibly smart and despite their nerves everyone had a really good time.

Pupils wrote about their experiences in their personal recounts which are now available to view on SEESAW. The quality of writing throughout the year has continued to improve and these final pieces are impressive. Please encourage your child with comments on SEESAW as they get a real boost from reading them.

We have continued to explore algebra in our maths and also been using maps.  This will continue next week.

All the pupils have been working hard in rehearsals for the P7 Show and we can't wait for the performance - a reminder for your diaries June 27th 6pm start

A fantastic week of sunshine - please remember to bring sunhats and sunscreen as we will be outside for as much PE as possible. We took the netball hoops out during Gym and it was lovely to see great communication and passing skills between the children.

Congratulations to Katie Winski our social target winner this week.

We ended the week with a wee class treat as our pupils have been class of the week twice recently and were rewarded with extra break.

Next week on Wednesday P7s have a visit from the local fire station on wild fire safety and we look forward to welcoming them to the school

Have a lovely weekend
