Finally Friday has arrived and the pupils are SO excited about Ardroy and their time away learning, exploring, discovering and protecting the wild spaces of Scotland.  There have been lots of questions about what happens next week and I cant wait to join the children in this chapter of their learning.

We have had lots of bright sparks this week with our Science focus shifting onto Electricity.  Pupils have begun drawing circuits, testing and improving their designs and then using the electricity kit available to create and put their circuits to work. If any parents work in this field and have some time to spare to talk about their skills we would love to welcome you in to talk to the class.

Our writing has focused on exploring John Muir. P7 will be working towards their John Muir Discovery Award this year.

Our Christmas Fayre Crafts are under way and we would appreciate the donation of clean brown or red socks and rice as the pupils would like to make sock robins/ sock penguins! (also if any parents are available to help with this activity please contact the office)

Its a really exciting time to be part of Canmore Primary School and P7a are embracing lots of new challenges.  Well done - a terrific class! Please check out the latest on SEESAW blog.

See you all Monday - Mrs Watt
