P7 Weekly Update

Another super week for P7s!

In Writing, the children have been writing reports on a topic area of their choice. The children did some research on their topic area and created a report which included sub-headings, clear information and diagrams. These were really interesting to read.

In Maths, we have continued to focus on fractions. This week, children have been finding a fraction of a number. Children have worked collaboratively and shown support to one another.

We have continued to rehearse our P7 show and have managed to get through all scenes now. Our props team will start making props next week and we will continue to perfect each scene. Children should have lines memorised by the end of next week.

In Health and Wellbeing and ICT, our focus has been on The World of Work. Children have completed a quiz to give them an idea of what role would suit them best in the future. They then chose one occupation to focus on and are currently researching this. Their research will be presented using PowerPoint.
