We had a very exciting event this week – we met the author, Robin Stevens. We were involved in a virtual Q&A session with her and it was so interesting to hear about how she became an author, all about her books and her advice to young writers. After this event, the children came up with their own idea for a murder mystery book and have started to type up their first chapter! Some amazing and interesting ideas.
In Numeracy, we have moved onto written division methods and will continue working on this next week.
In Art, we created 3D poppies for our Remembrance Day art work and they look wonderful!
Our school iPads are currently being updated , therefore we have been unable to upload much to Seesaw however when we get these back, we will make sure to use Seesaw as much as we can in class.
Next week we have a very exciting week ahead with two and haf days of Ardroy at school. The children are excited and enthusiastic about this!
I hope you all have a great weekend, Mrs Forrest :)
