Welcome back everyone!
I hope you all had a wonderful and restful summer and, going by the evident excitement in class, I can see that everyone has returned to Canmore raring to get started on their P7 adventure. It's going to be a great year!
The class have settled in well to P7 and have already started learning about Japan which will be our Social Studies topic for this term. Please ask them about what they have been learning so far.
Those who have P1 buddies this year have demonstrated a very kind and caring nature as they help their new P1 friends settle into school. They have been helping out at break and lunch and feedback from Mrs Davie has been very positive indeed.
A quick note to say that pupils should come to school in full school uniform (they look so smart in their new ties) on Monday and Friday. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will either be PE days or Outdoor Learning days and pupils should come to school dressed for PE. Please can you ensure that they have a change of footwear with them in case of inclement weather etc.
