Our P67 have strengthened their team working skills this week by completing tasks together. Instead of pairing up with usual friends the class took on the challenge to mix themselves up and get to know each other a little better. We will continue to encourage the children to develop their communication and collaboration skills by mixing up learning partners.
P67 found the meet the parent session exciting as they welcomed visitors to the classroom to see where we spend the day - it was lovely to see so many of you and of course, the highlight this week for many, was the PTA Fete. A massive thank you to everyone who got involved and help make the event a success.
Congratulations to Logan Wilkinson our social target winner this week. Logan has shown an incredible amount of support and encouragement to his classmates this week and has made a fantastic first impression in P7. Well done.
Thursday coming the P7s will receive a visit from Barnardos who will deliver a workshop on Substance Misuse. The P6s will receive an input on nutrition.
Please remember to remind your child to be responsible with their belongs and label any items coming to school.
