What a royal week! We have been getting ready for the Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
In Writing, we watch a clip called ‘Jubilee’ and children had to continue on the story.
In social studies, children were researching information about the Queen’s life and then used this information to put together a fact file.
In handwriting, children were writing out the Scottish and British national anthems.
In Art, children made bunting and used chalk to create silhouettes of the Queen.
All of the above can be seen in the photo of our Jubilee display. I am very proud of how well the children worked to create this.
