P6 Weekly Update

Congratulations to our Burns finalists – Rachel, Josh, Charlotte and Ewan. All performed amazingly in class. And well done to the overall winner, Rachel, who performed fantastically at Reconnector. I am so proud of all the children for memorising one of the Burns poems. It was a pleasure to listen to.

In Numeracy this week, we have focused on adding and subtracting fractions, and identifying mixed numbers and improper fractions.

In ICT, we have been looking at animation and children have been using Pivot to make their own animations.

In PE, the children have been playing volleyball. They have been so engaged and have shown great skill when participating in a game.
