I can’t believe we’re at the end of another week in this term!
P6 will be in charge of organising our Macmillan Fun Day! Unfortunately, we are still unable to carry out our traditional Macmillan Coffee Morning however we are in the middle of planning the Fun Day for all pupils to enjoy. This will take place on Friday 24th September. Further information will be issued in the next week.
In Writing, children were planning and creating a poster for our Macmillan Fun Day. They were ensuring key information was included, and used pictures and colours to engage our audience.
In Maths, we have been working on modelling and ordering decimal fractions. Children are making great progress in the place value topic.
Children wrote a book review for The Tales of Greyfriars Bobby and a number of these have been put on display.
Children have been improving their typing skills in ICT by taking part in ‘Typing Club’. Children can continue to work on this at home by logging in and tracking their progress.
