In our last week we have been busy finishing things up and preparing for our time away from the classroom.

In Digital Literacy, the children have been busy checking out some online resources along with checking their usernames and passwords, so that they can use at home. We have been posting some of these tasks on Seesaw just in case you were wondering what we were up to with some of these random posts!

In Numeracy, the class have had an assessment to finish off our time with budgeting and they did really well.

In Expressive Art, the class have been learning how to draw faces. They put this to good use by drawing a portrait of their mum. It was great to see how proud they were of their work. Some of the portraits were quite lifelike. I hope you enjoyed looking at them.

In Literacy, work on our spelling patterns and neatness of handwriting continued and I hope you agree that we are continuing to make good progress.

Our context for learning, Space, has now finished and the class have compiled a booklet all about our solar system.

Home Learning jotters have been sent home today which contain a grid of suggested activities for the class. These are based on some of the learning that we have been engaged in throughout Term 3.  Usernames and passwords are also included for Glow, Seesaw and Sumdog.

I hope that everyone remains safe and healthy over the coming weeks and I look forward to welcoming the class back at the earliest opportunity.

Take care.

Mr. Morgan.
