Here we are at the end of Term 2 in Primary 4, and it is safe to say that everyone is very excited about Christmas coming.
This week we have been busy engaging in lots of Christmas fun. We enjoyed the Pantomime 'Jack and the Beanstalk' (oh yes we did!), and even got a little break in the middle for a delicious choc ice. We have sung Christmas songs around the tree with the entire school, watched a Christmas DVD, played a fun end of year quiz, completed some STEM Christmas challenges, done some subtraction for Santa, created beautiful Christmas cards and tried out our magnetic games. A busy week, to end a busy term.
Today our finance team counted up the money made selling crispy cakes, and we were very excited to learn The Mystery Crispy Cake company had made the grand total of £66.05. This is a fantastic result and we are all very proud of our achievement.
I would just like to take this opportunity to thank you for all the help and support you have provided and to wish you and your families a very happy Christmas. I  hope you all enjoy some family fun during this Christmas break, and  I look forward to seeing all the children back in class in the New Year for all the fun and adventures to come in Primary 4.
Take care
Mrs Haddow
