Today the theme of our P4-P5 Reconnector was Internet Safety. We looked at how much time we spend online playing games and age restrictions. We were surprised how much time we spend online and how easy it is to lose track of time. We spoke about the legal age for most social media sites being 13 and that if our parents thought we were responsible enough or mature enough to use these, we had a huge responsibility not to misuse them. We learned about keeping ourselves safe and not sharing personal information or images online too.
Our Social Target this week has been 'I can make positive choices to support myself and others'. Our Social Target achievers for this week were Max Milford, Kyle Moffat, Aaron Bayne and Jamie Millar.
We will continue with this target next week as it is a shorter week.
