Good afternoon to you all.

How quickly this week has gone! I can't believe only 4 teaching days left.

We were so lucky this week to watch the P7's show. It was absolutely amazing and the children sat so beautifully throughout the performance. It was special to have the whole school together again.

We are continuing to work on our place value in numeracy and will complete next week. The children are definitely showing a growing confidence in their number work.

We went for our walk to the woods on Wednesday for our Natural Connections. It was so lovely to hear their laughter and excited voices. They were absolutely brilliant and I was so proud of them. They put their team skills to good use and made dens and dug for treasure. I am hoping to go for a final walk next Wednesday afternoon (with a picnic for the children) If anyone is able to help could you please let me know as I cannot go if we don't have the correct ratio of adults.. (1.20 - 3pm)

We cleared out our trays and cloakroom on Thursday and the children have taken home most of their completed work to share with you. I do still have a few things to send home.

I think the highlight of the week was the Bouncy Castle. It was such good fun and again so good to hear the children having fun. They even got a tasty ice lolly to help cool down after their turn of bouncing.

I hope the weather holds up and that you all have a lovely, relaxing weekend.

I am looking forward to spending the last few days with the children before they move on to P4.
