P3 Weekly Update

Good afternoon to you all,

The children are now very excited as trees are up in school and Santa is now very much on their minds! P3 are using advent bags with a few treats in them for each child to enjoy. They will bring home the bag with their goodies in and it would be much appreciated if the empty bag can be returned to school for me to use again next year.

We are hard at work designing and making our Pebble Art Reindeer Card for the Virtual Christmas Fayre. As soon as they are ready I will upload a video of your child showing their card for you to purchase if you wish to do so.

The children are busy making calendars, hanging decorations and class cards that will come home on the last week of term.

We have had a very busy week completing our multiplication and division topic. The children have used their skills to explore the x3 and x4 tables.

For Big Writing this week we were on Santa's sleigh helping him to deliver all the presents in time for Christmas.

For spelling, we are continuing to practice words in school and use these same words for homework. Thank you so much for retuning reading books/homework jotters on Monday (some even sooner) This makes it so much easier to change books and to mark homework.
