This week we have focused on place value, looking at numbers before, after and in-between in Numeracy.
We have been making a wall display of the different kinds of houses and homes that we've been learning about through our project. We will add to our display in the coming weeks.
We had a wet, but fantastic local walk to explore the variety of houses in our area. The children were, as usual, very well behaved and are a real credit to you and Canmore Primary School. They are using the respect, responsibility and resilience (it was a long walk!) model to good effect.
We will continue to develop written work by using capital letters, full stops and finger spaces in sentences and writing on the line with correct letter formation.
We are really looking forward to our 'Wellie Wednesdays' that will begin next Wednesday.
The children are keen to make houses for Buster so if you have any spare junk for modelling, can they please bring it in to school?
We still have a few children that don't have gym kits, can you please send in for P.E on Tuesdays and Thursdays?

Thank you
M Shearer
