Good afternoon everybody.
What a busy and quick week this has been.
The children have had a very creative week completing their Christmas cards and calendars and have made a lovely bag to put them in so they can be carried safely home. They have also made a beautiful facecloth teddy and puppy and beaded bracelet and a necklace.
In between creating, they have written a lovely elf story for our Big Writing slot and they were so on task that I was able to send you photos of them hard at work.
In Maths, we have worked on symmetry and joining dot to dots to 100 as well as addition and subtraction.
We have not only finished wordsearches but they created their own one for others to try to complete.
For Science, we made snow grow from a can. It was lots of fun.
We watched Jack and the Beanstalk today and it was great to hear the boo's and  'oh yes you can.' I do love a Chrstmas Pantomime and was joining in as well!
The children looked amazing for their Christmas party and we all had a lot of fun playing our adapted and safe games in the hall. I think they should all sleep well tonight after all the dancing and Festive fun.(I know I will!)
Have a great weekend.
Miss Shearer
