Good Afternoon,
Having been taught the sounds made by ch, sh, th and wh we will consolidate our learning before moving on to learning the sound made by oo .
In reading our focus shall be on the skill of reading common words off by heart and demonstrating this in our reading books. We shall also explore capital letters .
In maths we will be continuing to develop skills in addition. This will include counting on from any given number.
Our block of `Fitness' in P.E is coming to an end and we will be embarking on a block of `Gymnastics'. Initially our focus will be upon different ways of travelling around the gym and different types of jumps.
