Good afternoon. We were all very excited to start our week with another delivery of a basket full of clues. This time the clues were for another well known fairy tale, `Hansel and Gretel'.
In Literacy, we used the story to learn how to sort jumbled word sentences into sensible sentences.
In Drama, we learned how to use our body and our facial expressions to express the feelings of the story characters. Everybody especially loved expressing the feelings of the wicked witch.
In STEAM, we worked collaboratively with a P1b partner to create a trap for the wicked witch.
In P.E, we practised the Sports Day potted sports activities. We are all looking forward to Sports Day next Thursday morning.
In Maths, we used the stimulus of the gingerbread house to explore and learn about fractions.
