P1/2 Highlights

Good afternoon everyone,

Mrs Greig and I would like to wish you a Happy New Year. It has been a lovely start to the new term. The children have been very excited to share news of their Christmas holidays.

This week we started a block of Gymnastics in PE. The children practised different gymnastic poses. I was amazed at how good they were at creating and holding each one.

We have also made calendars this week and the children will have come home with them today. They are lovely and colourful.

Just a reminder that PE is on a Monday and Thursday. Outdoor learning is still a Friday afternoon. It is advisable for the children to have wellies and waterproofs in case the weather is damp, wet or muddy.

Can I also remind you to choose your child's lunch on ipay each day. You still need to do this when your child is a packed lunch.
