Today our Reconnector was all about having a Growth Mindset. We shared times when we have had to have a growth mindset and be resilient. We watched clips of what having a growth mindset means and heard a story about a girl who never made mistakes! We soon realised that wasn't really the case and she didn't want to try new things incase she made a mistake but ended up missing out on lots of fun. She soon realised that making mistakes is all part of learning.
The children heard from Mr Brown who told them to keep trying and not to give up - Oh Yeah!
Our Social Target was linked to this theme and our achievers this week were Olly Green, The whole of P1b!, Alexi Neil, Jack Brown, Harrison Green and Eva Lees - Well done everyone!
