Today our Reconnector focused on how we stay healthy.  We looked at healthy eating, exercise, sleep, playing less games on ipads and other electronic devices and also mental health.
We saw a story about a boy called Oliver who thought he didn't like vegetables until he tried some from his Granpa's garden.  We learned that we should give new things a try so if we think we might not like a vegetable, we need to try it as it might surprise us!  By the end of the story, Oliver had found lots of fruit and vegetables that he now thought were delicious!
Our Social Target this week was 'I can make positive choices to support myself and others' and our achievers for this week were; Sophie Hendry, Mara Lowe, Fraser Collin, Grace Swords and Ellie Thomson.  Well done everyone for your efforts!
Our Social Target next week is 'I can be organised to arrive on time for school and leave safely at the end of the day.  As per Mrs Howie's communication, we have had some children arriving after 9am and some climbing on the banking at the end of the day which is not safe.
We hope the sunshine continues for the weekend for everyone.
