Our Reconnector today looked at what Remembrance day is all about. We looked at how poppies are made - did you know 5 million are made every year in Scotland?
Our Head Boy and Girl, Mckenzie and Hannah shared some poetry about war with us too.
We are looking forward to celebrating Children in Need day next Thursday (12th Nov) as we won't be in school on the Friday to celebrate on the actual Children in Need day. Children are asked to come to school dressed down (or spotty like Pudsey) and bring a donation if they wish.
Our Social Target this week was 'I can make sensible and safe choices'. Well done to Georgina Clark, Kevin Petruta, Eva Lees, Robbie Taylor and Lucas Edgar!
