Good evening.
Primary 4/ 5 have started to work towards earning their Natural Connections Outdoor Learning Award.
This involves a session of outdoor learning almost every week for the rest of the school year. We aim to do this every Friday and we will name our sessions 'Field Good Fridays' as outdoor learning has such a positive impact on children's physical and mental health and well-being.
On these days children should come to school in suitable outdoor clothing, including a change of shoes/wellies, a change of socks and a waterproof jacket.
However, the children are NOT IN SCHOOL ON FRIDAY, so we will run our outdoor learning session on Thursday instead.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR |CHILD COMES TO SCHOOL IN SUITABLE OUTDOOR CLOTHING THIS THURSDAY (11th November).
