We are looking forward to welcoming all parents (or Grandparents/family members) to our Meet the Teacher session on Friday 1st September from 2.30pm-3.00pm.
All visitors are to enter our school through the main entrance and you will be guided to the appropriate classrooms.
Please note this is an informal opportunity to visit your child's classroom and meet in person their class teacher.
All visitors are to make their way through our school office at 2.55pm (a bell will ring to indicate this) to allow us to dismiss children as per normal end of day routine whilst ensuring optimum safety. All visitors are to wait in playground to collect children.
Please note if your child is to get the school bus home, this will be ensured and we ask that you inform our school office of this.
At 3.00pm our PTA Summer Fete will commence- please see poster included for further details. The fete will run similar to last year's successful event and we look forward to seeing you all join us.
Please send in cost of entry (£5.00 per child) in a sealed envelope with child's name clearly included. Our school office are ready to receive these as from tomorrow, Friday 25th August'23.
To allow us to plan around expected numbers we do ask that payment is made in advance of Friday 1st September'23. Younger and older siblings are most welcome to join us and are not required to pay entry fee but to pay for activities, ice-cream and hot dog. Wristbands will be issued to children on Friday 1st September to wear to ensure they receive what is included within the price; bouncy castle/inflatable fun, ice-cream cone (or dairy alternative) and balloon sculpture.
