It has been a very busy term following our planned curriculum as well as taking part in a variety of cross curricular activities. We took part in the Carnegie Hall Music Festival, where P3 & P3/4's singing was exceptional. We then attended the Scottish Country Dance Festival at DHS where they enjoyed sharing their dances. 30 children across P3 were able to go to Carnegie Leisure Centre to participate in the Athletics Festival. Their good sportsmanship and abilities were complimented on. Our highlight of the term was our Viking Afternoon . The children worked extremely hard as a team to ensure it was a highly successfull and enjoyable afternoon for all who took part. We finished the term last weekend with a gold award from the Inverflora Daffodil Challenge. What a busy term!!
I wish you all a very well deserved break and I can't believe when your child returns it will be our final term of P3.
